One way of working with AI, for your whole team.
Your people already use AI, and not the same one. Some use Claude, some Cursor or ChatGPT, some all of them at once. For OwnSI it makes no difference: every one of them works with the same company memory and rules. The knowledge stays with the company.
today
Everyone uses AI. Nobody uses it the same way.
Each employee writes their own prompts. Quality depends on who asked.
Client details and decisions live in personal chats. They leave with the person.
The AI doesn’t know your brand voice, legal limits or how you work with clients.
Nobody knows what goes to which AI provider, or what it costs.
Your people never open OwnSI.
They keep working where they already work: in Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT. OwnSI runs underneath, like an operating system. It isn’t built for people to click around in. It’s built for the AI your people use, so that AI knows the company, follows its rules and keeps its data current.
A shared system between your people and any AI.
Every person, any AI
Some use Claude, some Cursor, some all of them. It doesn’t matter: every AI reads the same company memory and follows the same rules.
Your data, on your side
Each person’s workspace on their computer, plus one shared company memory on your own server. You see it, edit it and control it.
Not tied to any AI vendor
Move from one AI provider to another, to an open-source or a self-hosted model. Your knowledge and rules don’t move, because they never lived there.
A new hire knows the company on day one
Give them access to any AI. It already knows your clients, projects and rules. They just ask.
Agents that run the routine
Morning digests, follow-up radar, end of day, weekly review. Each team turns on what it needs.
Access by role
Managers and staff see different documents and data. Set up for your structure during implementation.
Rent any AI. Own your intelligence.
AI models come and go every month. Your company knowledge shouldn’t go with them. OwnSI keeps it in one place you own, and lets any AI use it. Switch providers tomorrow and nothing is lost.
Your memory and rules stay the same at every step.
Three minutes that explain it.
Knowledge stays in the company.
Start with one team. Grow from there.
Discovery
We learn how your team works with AI today and pick the workflows that matter most.
Pilot
One team gets OwnSI with shared rules and the agents it needs.
Training
Practical sessions on real tasks, so people use it the next morning.
Handover & support
Handover materials, then a support period while the system settles in.

Before you ask.
Do our people need to learn a new tool?
No. They keep using the AI tools they already work in. Nobody opens OwnSI. It’s for your AI, not for your people: it works underneath and gives their AI the company’s memory, rules and agents.
Do we need to change our AI provider?
No. OwnSI works with the tools your team already uses: Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. You can switch providers later and keep the system.
Where is our data stored?
Each person’s workspace is on their computer, and the shared company memory is on your own server. Only what the AI reads to answer a request goes to that AI provider.
What if we switch AI providers?
Nothing is lost. Your memory and rules are kept by OwnSI, not by the AI provider. Connect the new AI and keep working.
Can different people see different data?
Yes. Access by role (for example managers and staff) is set up for your structure during implementation.
Which systems can OwnSI connect to?
Any system with an API: CRM, databases, analytics, task trackers. We connect them with you during implementation, through MCP.
Can individual licences be shared across a team?
No. Individual plans are for one person. Team terms, training and onboarding of new people are agreed in the team proposal.
What do we need to start?
Mac or Windows computers, an AI tool with access to the workspace, and one team ready for a pilot.
Let’s talk about a pilot.
